Oswestry Furniture Scheme is a place were you can get high quality furniture at a low cost. The scheme is designed primarily to help people on low incomes furnish their homes, however anyone can use the scheme to obtain furniture and all we ask from people is a small donation to cover the costs of storage and the delivery of the furniture.
The scheme provides people with the opportunity to buy furniture and it also allows people with unwanted household items the opportunity to donate furniture. So if you have any household items that you are thinking of throwing away, please contact us.
The scheme has a positive environmental impact and people who donate items can be sure they will be re-used or recycled rather than thrown away as rubbish.
So if you need furniture visit the scheme and if you have unwanted furniture don’t dump it donate it! We take any household items and PAT test any electrical items the list below gives you an idea of what’s available and what you could donate.
