Housing Advice

Advice work and acting as an advocate for our clients is at the center of the work of HOAP. Helping clients to understand their rights and how housing law can have a positive affect on their housing situation and a positive affect on their self people. From our offices in Oswestry and Wem we can help clients with their housing options and support them through the difficult process of accessing accommodation.

In addition to advice we help clients financially. We can lead money so clients are able to pay their deposit or first months rent. One of the barriers to people on low incomes is the cost of moving and finding a home.
